Monitoring and Supervision – 24-Hours Liaison
Bodyguard Bangladesh Manned services division operates through a well-defined organization and chain of command, beginning with the management board, through the security manager down to the guard force- all implemented and supported by the entire Safe Bengal Security management team.
The security manager will be available at all times to receive instructions from the client. These instructions will be relayed to the guard force and to other managers of the Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. organization where required. Depending on the importance of the issue, the senior management of Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. will also be informed. Mobile telephones and e-mail form the backbone of speedy information to ensure that all requirements of the client are met according
In the event of any emergency, the incident would be reported to the mobile patrol supervisor to seek his assistance. All such incidents will be recorded in the appropriate reports and forwarded to security manager. The senior guards would also inform the shift supervisor and the Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. control center of the situation, which would monitor the event until its final resolution.
If the situation continues to deteriorate, the security manager would also move in order to control the situation and liaison with the client and other authorities. Depending on the nature of the emergency, other senior levels of Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. management would also be involved and informed at times of the situation. Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. response teams, mobile patrols and vehicles routinely positioned near respective areas are available as needed.
In addition to the 24 hours/365 days Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. special control centers can be set up to specifically handle such emergencies. Mobile telephones and IT team will support the rapid collection and dissemination of information and instructions required to contain and control the situation.
Most importantly, Safe Bengal Security& Logistic Services Ltd. Bangladesh has a strong management set up and is in a strong position to provide support as well as receive support and assistance from law enforcement agencies as well as other governmental and private agencies in case of emergencies.
All such situation will be analyzed thereafter in order to understand and learn from the experience and will also from part of the training for the guard force to enable them to handle such situations with greater confidence.

In the control room, cellular facilities are available and are in constant contact with supervision and patrol team. In case of emergency, control room operator will maintain liaison with Safe Bengal Security patrol team, senior management and local law enforcement and various governmental and private agencies for coordination of appropriate action and responses.
